Yes, 4th Axis not functional. One of the drives on another axis died so we swapped it with the 4th axis since we didn’t use it. The encoder for the 4thaxis is also questionable. There is a 2nd router. It needed to be rebuilt. We sent it off to get an estimate. They decided not to proceed so the router was sent back to us. You can see it in pieces in the pictures. It will be included as well. One of the horizontal drill heads is missing. We will try to locate parts and ship loose with the machine. On the 9th of April in 2021, the electrospindle was replaced with a gently used spindle with low hours by Tom Aitken. Tom has done the majority of the PM and repair on this machine since he installed it in 1999.

Yes, There was some issue years ago with the NUM controller. It was nearly impossible to repair so I worked with the techs at SCM group and we converted everything to run off the HP computer seen in the pictures. Software: Xilong on the included PC. Xilog on floppy discs included Dust Outlets: 1, 8" |

Giben Anderson G4 EVO CNC 5X12 Nesting Router
The spindle motor is powered by an electronic AC inverter drive system with dynamic spindle braking. Full Torque is achieved at 9,000 RPM & Full HP is achieved at 12,000 RPM. The Automatic Tool Changer Carousel, with Steel Tool Holder Clips, is mounted on the spindle carriage, next to the Router Spindle, for fast and efficient tool changes.
