Introducing our BOSS 4 x 8 Single Phase (220V) performance machine (also 5 x 10).

Our single phase ATC router is a heavy duty machine designed for tough jobs. The frame and components are the same as our 3 phase industrial machines.  This machine is ideal for cabinet shops where 3 phase power is an issue and will cut out cabinet parts with operations, MDF doors, dovetail drawers and solid surface materials.  No extra wiring/electrical needed.

*Driving the Gantry on both sides with AC Servo motors simply out performs a long unsupported ballscrew design. Racks are fastened to the machine frame every 10 inches with machine screws. Ballscrews cannot be supported except at each end. Using ballscrews in long horizontal type applications such as X or Y axis will result in Whipping and Sagging of the “Screw” as the gantry moves across the screw. This will cause excessive wear and poor machining results.

**CE Phenolic is much stronger than Linen Phenolic. We only use CE phenolic on our machine tops.]
