1. Your contact details

So we can follow up about your machine.

2. Your machine

Start with the basics. Add the year if you know it.

Add photos or video (optional)

Photos or a short running video can improve the estimate, but you can continue without them.

Upload up to 12 photos (20 MB each) and up to 3 videos (100 MB each). Files are stored privately for iBiD review.

Add more machine details (optional)

Serial number, specifications, accessories and known issues can help us tighten the range.

Add selling or pickup details (optional)

You can skip this entire section and still receive an instant preliminary estimate.

If there is enough market evidence, your preliminary value range will appear after you submit.

Submitting this form does not publish a listing, create a sale agreement, or commit you to sell.

Selling advice and other options

Sell used woodworking machinery with iBiD

Use the form above to start selling equipment from a cabinet, architectural millwork or furniture production facility. Share the machine's make, model, condition and location, then add photos or running video when available. iBiD reviews the details before discussing the appropriate selling path.

Prepare a useful machine submission

  • Photograph the whole machine, nameplate, controls, working areas and included accessories.
  • Describe operating condition, known faults, service history and anything missing.
  • List included tooling, pumps, conveyors, manuals and transferable software where applicable.
  • State your target sale date, whether demonstrations are possible and when the equipment can be removed.

A preliminary value range is available only when sufficient market evidence exists. It is not a guaranteed selling price or purchase offer. Exact pickup, rigging and loading details can be discussed during follow-up.

Choose your machine type

Use the focused forms to sell a CNC router, sell an edgebander, sell a panel or beam saw, sell a wide belt sander or sell a woodworking moulder.

Selling several machines or closing a shop?

For a cabinet-shop closure, relocation or larger equipment package, use the machinery auction and shop-liquidation intake. Include an equipment list and any sale or removal deadline so the project can be reviewed as a whole.

Read how the seller process works before proceeding. If you are still deciding whether to sell, request a preliminary machine valuation.
