Meticulously maintained edgebander with pre-mill and corner rounding.

1. Pre-Milling Unit (T): Features twin counter-rotating diamond cutter heads to trim and square up the edge of your panels, eliminating chipping from the main panel saw prior to applying glue. 
2. Anti-Adhesive Unit (Pre-spray): Applies a release agent fluid to prevent squeeze-out glue from sticking to the panel surfaces. 
3. Gluing & Edge Feeding Station: Hot-melt glue pot system (EVA) paired with a heavy-duty roller pressure zone to press coil or solid wood strips onto the panel edge. 
4. End Trimming Saw Station: Front and rear independent high-speed saw motors running on linear guides to cleanly cut off the overhanging front and back edges. 
5. Top & Bottom Flush/Radius Trimming Unit: High-frequency motors with profile cutters to clean off the top and bottom edge overhanging thickness (can be adjusted for flush, bevel, or radius milling). 
6. Corner Rounding Unit (ER2): Dual-motor finishing unit that automatically rounds out the top, bottom, front, and rear corners of panels up to 3mm thick, ensuring a smooth, completed edge on profiles like PVC or ABS.
7. Profile / Edge Scraping Station: Uses radius-profile scraping knives to clean and smooth out any tool marks left by the rotary milling stations on thick PVC/ABS banding. 
8. Glue Scraping Unit: Flat knives that glide along the panel surface to strip away any residual glue squeeze-out. 
9. Buffing Unit: Rotating cloth wheels designed to polish and restore color consistency to the edgeband
